“My daughter’s education is my weapon”
Hammad is a Palestinian refugee living in Lebanon. For three times he lost to the war his home and everything he possessed, and for three times he found the strength to start life over again. Instead of pitying himself – or embracing violence – he’s today selling coffee in the streets, to pay for his oldest child school fees. “My daughter’s education is my weapon”, he says.
