Paul Roberts has been an aid-worker for all his life. In this video he takes us to Kosovo (in the village of Sedlare) where an emergency shelter project is being implemented to support isolated local communities  through crisis (winter 1998). Unfortunately after few months the war will break out, ravaging the country and destroying everything had been previously done.
