Although under Serbian shelling, for years Zlatko Dizdarevjc led his brave journalists into the publication of the daily “Oslobodenje”. Years later, I volunteered for a few months to help re-establish the photographic archive of the newspaper, destroyed by the siege.

The courage and the endurance of my Bosnian colleagues will always remind me what this profession should be all about.
